Why an error message “Server Error” pops up when I enable NTP in "Date & Time" in the StoreJet Cloud Settings?

situation:


At "Date & Time" in the StoreJet Cloud Settings → click "Enable NTP" → click "Apply"

An error message "Server Error" pops up and the system date-time changes to 2014.01.01

Note: NTP (Network Time Protocol)


Reason:

Microsoft no longer provides “time.windows.com” service, and it fails to obtain NTP time.

Solution:

Please manually change the NTP Server field to "time.google.com"
