My JetFlash USB Flash drive is correctly recognized by the computer, but it does not appear in "My Computer." How can I access my flash drive?

Category : Setup / Operation

It is possible that the flash drive and another device (such as a network drive) are assigned with the same drive letter, triggering conflicts between the two drives. To solve this problem, please follow the instructions below to reassign the drive letter for your JetFlash.

1. Click "Start.''

2. Select ''Run.''

3. Enter ''diskmgmt.msc,'' and click "OK."

4. Right click on the JetFlash drive, and select ''Change Drive Letter and Paths.''

5. Click ''Edit.''

6. Reassign a drive letter that has not been used by other devices to your flash drive.

7. Click ''OK.''
